  • Basic installation of your new refrigerator (hooking it up to your existing plumbing and electrical).

Additional Fee:

  • Move refrigerator from different room to Install location
  • Required plumbing/electrical modifications 

Electric Range/Cooktops 

Installation Includes:

  • Uninstalling your old electric range/cooktop
  • Basic installation of your new range (hooking it up to your existing electrical).
  • Move range from different room to Install location

Additional Fee:

  • Haul away and disposal of your old unit

Dishwashers

Installation Includes:

  • Uninstalling your old dishwasher.
  • Basic installation of your new dishwasher (hooking it up to your existing plumbing and electrical).

Additional Fee:

  • Required plumbing/electrical modifications 
  • Haul away and disposal of your old unit

Microwaves/OTR

Installation Includes:

  • Install/test new over-the-range (OTR) microwave
  • Mount, center and secure support bracket by the manufacturer's specifications
  • Check/rotate exhaust fan for existing ventilation
  • Remove & recycle new unit packaging/installation waste

 Additional Fee:

  • Haul away and disposal of your old unit

Rangehood 

Installation Includes:

  • Install/test new rangehood to existing venting and electrical 
  • Mount, center and secure by the manufacturer's specifications 

 Additional Fee:

  • Haul away and disposal of your old unit

Washer/Dryer

Installation Includes:

  • Connecting existing hoses/drain/vent
  • Leveling the machine
  • Testing for leaks

Additional Fee:

  • Modifications to venting 
  • Modifications to plumbing
  • Move washer/dryer from different room to Install location

Appliance Removal

Haul away and disposal of your old appliances: 

  • Bring appliance to curbside 
  • Bring appliance to disposal site 
  • Move appliance to different location
